Big Sheepcliff

Big Sheepcliff is built around 52 acres belonging to the North Carolina Nature Conservancy.  This lovely gated residential community features large lots and spectacular views.  The eastern continental divide bisects Big Sheepcliff.  While the large sites provide much sought-after privacy, you are only moments away from restaurants and exclusive shops of the village of Cashiers.


Cedar Creek Woods/ Cedar Ridge Estates   

East of Cashiers, bordering Lupton Lake, are the residential communities of Cedar Creek Woods and Cedar Ridge Estates.  Over 60 custom designed homes of mountain style blend into the surroundings of these two neighborhoods.

 
 




Cedar High

Cedar High is part of the greater highly sought after Cedar Creek area, centered around the private Cedar Creek Racquet Club.

High Hemlock

Stonefly

Trout streams, still ponds, and waterfalls are found throughout the neighborhood of Stonefly, located just over a mile west of the center of Cashiers.



Timber Ridge   

Convenient to shopping and restaurants, the homesites in Timber Ridge range from 2 to 6 heavily wooded acres with views of Devil’s Courthouse and Whiteside Mountain.  



Wade Hampton
