Cedar Creek Racquet Club The Cedar Creek Racquet Club is a private, 200-member equity club that primarily features tennis. A few years after the Club was established, it was selected by U.S. Tennis Magazine as one of the ten most beautiful tennis clubs in America. Racquetball, fitness classes, bridge, and a summer children's program are also offered exclusively to the members. Dining and social events are held in an elegant former manor home built in the 1930's for a prominent southern family. This facility overlooks a swimming pool, six clay tennis courts, and Lake Lupton. Also bordering this pristine fishing lake, amid the surrounding mountains, are the residential communities of Cedar Creek Woods and Cedar Ridge Estates. These neighborhoods contain over sixty custom houses that embody an attractive mountain style. Homes as well as undeveloped homesites are available.
Country Club of Sapphire Valley This private country club is located in the gated communities of Golf Club Estates, Country Club Estates, Fairway Hamlets, Country Club Villas, Stonecreek Crossing, Sassafras Ridge and Chimney Top Estates. Its members are comprised from many of the prestigeous communities located in and around the Sapphire Valley area. Its superbly conditioned golf course was designed by George Cobb.
Cullasaja Club Behind a colorful landscape and a handsome pair of stone walls lies this impressive 600 acre, guarded private community developed by Arvida. Stone and wood siding repeat in a variety of styles on homes of all different sizes. Many of these homes are positioned to enjoy spectacular lake, mountain, or golf-course vistas.

Highlands Cove Located halfway between the communities of Highlands and Cashiers, the 440 acre community offers a wide variety of homesites, condominiums, and golf cottages. The amenities include a gated entrance, an 18-hole golf course, two clay tennis courts, and a 15,000 square foot clubhouse. With elevations up to 4,000 feet, the mountain and golf course views found here are spectacular. There are several homes in this community being built for sale by Koenig Builders one of the areas premier builders.
Wildcat Cliffs Nestled next to the spectacular 4,930 high Whiteside Mountain is this gated, 350 acre, family oriented community of summer homes. The broad assortment of homes range from discreet to astounding. Each utilizes the land, natural elements, elevation, and architecture to establish it's own individual style.
