Sapphire Communities

Bald Rock  On 776 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Bald Rock overlooks Sapphire Valley, Lake Fairfield and the magnifient 6,300-acres Panthertown Reserve. This mountaintop community offers fabulous homesites, waterfalls, streams, a professionally managed equestrian center and miles of trails. Homeowners are also entitled to the many recreational amenities of the neighboring Fairfield Sapphire Valley Resort.

Country Club of Sapphire Valley Communities Within the gates of Country Club of Sapphire Valley lie The Hamlets and Stone Creek Crossing (consisting of lovely cluster homes) Golf Club Estates, Country Club Estates, Stone Creek Estates and Chimney Top Estates.  Its members are comprised from many of the prestigious communities located in and around the Sapphire Valley area. Round Hill  These homes have impressive views overlooking the beautiful Sapphire Valley. This well-established area, one of the original neighborhoods of the Sapphire Valley Resort, contains a pleasant mixture of older and newer residences.
