We had the privilege of moving to Cashiers 12 years ago from the central
Florida area with our two sons Matt and Ryan. Matt recently graduated from UNC Greensboro and Ryan started college this fall. We have never enjoyed our careers like we have here. We find it most satisfying to help second home buyers find their perfect escape away from the hustle & bustle of city life or just to get away from the heat. Tina came to Cashiers with a strong marketing background, so she enjoys putting together advertising to help Sellers get their homes & land sold. Alan specializes primarily in helping buyers find the perfect home or piece of property for them.
We are members of the Highlands/Cashiers Board of Realtors as well as the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. At our annual convention in February 2009, we received the Double Gold award for achievement from Keller Williams Realty in recognition of $11.5 million in sales for 2008. We were also honored to receive an award for being one of the TOP 5 SALES TEAMS for Keller Williams' Carolinas region.
